'Twas a season to be happy,

I don't have a birthday this year,
instead it's a smattering of celebrations! =D
Awesome right?

Birthday ONE. 29 August.
Michael brought me to Megumi for some really really great sushi and sashimi and [try not to roll your eyes, but it is Michael after all] sake. The sake was dry and sweet! And the sashimi...just melts into nothingness. Awesome stuff.

This was the hot, dry and sweet sake we had.

Birthday TWO. 30 August.
I went out with my Poly friends! (= Michael, Nicole, Xinyi, Krado and Silas took me out to East Coast Park for a picnic. Then we went to Tampines One / Tampines Mall and surprised me with a huge Rivergauche chocolate cake! Thanks awesome!

Birthday THREE. 1 September.
The actual day! After a long day at work, Michael and Ahyi came over and we steamboat-ed! And we watched Dreamgirls - which we girls enjoyed and Michael was trying not to fall asleep. =D

And Lianghao called and said happy birthday!
And a dozen people wished me a great birthday too - texts, emails o.O and on FB.
Even Gabriel Soh [o.O I'm surprised he remembered!] and my tuition agent. HAHA!

Birthday FOUR. 3 September.
Michael planned me a celebration with friends! So terribly sweet of him. (:

Mr Awesome picked me up from Yio Chu Kang, and we went to Seoul Garden with my three besties. End result: 5 smoke smelling person, looking somewhat guilty for mixing Korean chilli sauce, satay sauce, tissue, hardboiled eggs and charred fish into the ginseng soup. Haha!

Then we went to Breko for beer and talk all around. What ever happened to my spirits and martini drinking self!

Birthday FIVE. 5 September.
Celebration at TeoHeng! 'Twas my idea - to do something instead of eating solely. So we're singing! But I completely forget to book at the Katong branch. =P So after much oaths, I booked at three different places and let them pick. We ended up Sembawang!

We cabbed there. -_- With lots and lots of food! And we had a half-bot premixed Screwdriver, Bombay gin and Absolut Mango. Chips! And a cake SC helped um, sieved.

Unfortunately, Mike was sick.
Even though I popped by to try to drag him out, he looked...well pale.
