Hi all. (:

I just did a really lousy peer evaluation,
and nobody's really happy:
List all your group members' names,
and rank them for each factor.

Simply said,
you gotta fail 3 person for each and every factor.
That suck, doesn't it?

The whole class protested,
and I bet it's not only in my class.

Krado said: THIS PEER EVALUATION IS BULLSHIT.
He stole my keyboard.
But yeah, IT SUCKS. ):
Oh, 'sucks' is such a secondary school word.

But never mind,
our group has nice people who neutralize everything! (:
MUACKS! (:

~

Yesterday
Daddy gave me cash! (:
Then...I blew it on Mom.
Now I feel very filial and very poor. O.o

I bought her lotsa clothes for CNY.
'cause she keeps complaining that she has no clothes. -_-

What can I say, I'm a awesome daughter.

Chinese New Year is here! (:
So Daddy decided to take me to Chinatown.
It was really a different experience;
I almost felt like a visitor!

There were lotsa streets within Chinatown,
selling all kinds of fattening goodies,
and Oriental knick-knacks.

Then of course,
there were money-cheating stuff.
Like the Zodiac necklaces.
It's just a wooden Chinese character that is definitely not worth anything.

In the end,
I bought little Japanese-style mochi and flavoured jellies.
They were extremely overpriced,
but I let myself be conned in the name of CNY. (:

I also bought a pair of soft toy cows to hang on my door.
It's damn cute! (:
I shall take a picture and update it here.

Anyway, it's really cool there,
with hawkers selling their stuff,
and asking people to just try any snacks themselves.
Too bad I was too full.
Then, this guy just threw a jelly to me.
Like, suddenly.
I didnt catch it. :D

Something worth saying:
I was at the 'famed' hawker centre for their Yong Tau Foo.
A must-try, Daddy said.
The queue was 30-strong! O.o
All for a bowl of tofu and fishcakes?

Anyway.
At the hawker centre over there,
there was this bunch of senior citizens working as cleaning staff.
And boy, were they efficient and happy-looking.
Or at least, I think.
But!
I think it's really cool for a 60+ to work,
and be so happy about it.
Don't you think it's touching?

Maybe they have families to feed at home,
or they are just killing time working.
But regardless, they are the people who really do something with their lives.

I really dislike those able bodies
who go around food centre hawking tissue packets.
Or those who bring a disable person with them to get sympathy. ):

I like those elderly there! (:

Very random today.
