I'm not going to work today. Meaning. I'll be a lot poorer.

Instead, I'm at this crowded angular place they call a mall: Causeway Point, all the #?@!*% ahems smiles way at Woodlands.

Ah! The travelling alone was tedious. Luckily, I've got a book. A life-saver, as usual. (:

You see, I'm trying to be a great big sister. Big sister-cousin, whatever. Take that, Yvon! HAHA. Melody told me I need more true friends... so I figured what better way that to start at home. Right? :DD

I'm so sensible. (:

Anyway, Yvonne's having her play / musical today - a part of the SPLAT Concert. She's supposed to be a supporting character, in a story involving gang fights and... foul play I guess?

I know next to nothing about the play yet, because I refuse to spoil the story with the supposedly P&C script and songs she wanted to send me. No spoilers la! BOO.

Apparently, SPLAT is quite the national event, though nowhere as big as AYF. Still, Yvon is pretty excited to pass the auditions and be part of this.

Her only regret is that her singing caused her to lose the main actress role. O.o HAHA. Well, why did she changed songs last minute right!

Okays, sorry dear. :DD

My lament is that I have to travel all the way to Causeway Point. Why don't they hold the event somewhere grand - and most importantly, central - like Esplanade, or the main National Library in Bugis? Hmpfs.

Plus, I'm super early - 4 hours earlier. -_- I'm waiting for her to have her break so we can have an early dinner. Then I'm supposed to wait again! for an hour for the perfomance to start.

At 7pm!

...I've been here since 3.30pm!

Blah!
Here's to another 2 1/2 hours wait.

PS I want to watch The Mummy! But not exactly keen to watch it with my parents. Any valiant rescuers? (:
