today...was a pretty long day. i started out to gram's and then went down to bugis to meet the guys. or rather, guy - eehong. mr workaholic was still, well, working.

and im probably a shopaholic since i spent over a hundred today!(= arguably, a hefty portion was on those ink cartridges but still. the point is, im very poor.

miserably poor actually. i seldom work now so my next pay would be close to peanuts. how am i gonna survive? p.s. im ignoring the fact that dad dished out some money since it's definitely not enough. i mean, im paying for my food, transport, entertainment, shopping... you get the idea.(=

anyway, speaking about money... eehong is a damn rich guy! bastard. actually, the point im trying to make is that he has got a flat we can move into anytime. we dont have t pay rent!(= but how are we gonna pay for everything else? plus, it's far.. in marina - which is a pretty cool place to live in if you ask me. then there's the thing of overprotective parents in my -and huijing's- case which translate this whole thing into mission impossible.

but it's nice to know i have a place to go to if i ever get evicted. haha.

they finally brought me to the dessert place they raved about. i think it's not too bad but not quite as wonderful as they said. maybe it's because.. okay look. i believe in this 'impressions' theory that i have. if i keep hearing about how good it is, i'll naturally have a high regard for it. when i actually try the dessert, it'll more like then not fail to meet my expectations.

right?

i finally paint my nails today! so not me right? frankly, it's nail-strengthener. and i dont think too much of the glossy effect my nails now have. it feels s fake..., like plastic! eew. for the record, i only use it because my nails keep breaking.

and guess what? i've got lots to buy! what's new man? haha. eehong's convinced my to-buy list is longer than his essay!

oh! i finally saw the beads i was looking for today! i wanted to buy them but they come in fifties. i only need 2 beads. yes, 2. eventually, the guy decided to give it to me FOC. nice huh? this is customer service that should be seen in sg. i did pay him in the end.

god, i didnt see the time! and im meeting huijing at an ungodly 7 in the morn! talk about having eyebags. ugh. ciao guys!
