the day was going fine, if not near perfect. we all met for breakfast and arrive in sch, as shing puts it, fashionably late.

it was kinda cool. the event, i mean. note: mostly due to the bands. weiming's was good - his drumming was great sounding and zul daddy's were awesome; though i thought they could be less rigid.

anyway, i decided to indulge in shopping a little with huijing. it's been ages since we hung out - just the two of us. it was fun looking through stuff and making not-so-nice comments on odd looking items that could even be called clothes.

the main point that's getting me all riled up is when khaiyew called and asked if i could help them with their fishing lines. i totally understand though they are the ones who are supposedly guys. after all, good old dad did impart some technical know-how to me so at least im not entirely clueless.. unlike those utterly ambitious guys who cant tie hooks but wanna fish. can you say ohmygawd?

as usual, they were oh-so-late - which i must clarify: their being late is the furthest thing from fashionable. it's freaking rude, considering im helping them. plus, a simple 'thankyou' seemed out of their limited vocab range. on the contrary, jun muttered abt having to wait longer while i figure out how to tie the right knot. i did explained that i forgot! plus, i did gave them before a ready-tied sample they could use. but being them, it just wasnt surprising that they lost it.

while waiting they were still cracking jokes that were so cold, it made eehong's worse attempts seem hilarious. it was all nothing but really poor imitations, using of surnames and practically cheep-chirping away. it was hard even to pretend looking amused. no wonder people dont take 16years guys seriously. and they still call liang kiddy. this is totally a case of the pot calling the kettle black.

all the while i was trying to tie the knot -pricking my fingers with the dirty hook in the process and cuttng into my much needed time for practising- they were yakking away and making oh-so-funy jokes at huijing's expense.

i really am pissed at them! argh. why cant they be more..i dont know.. gentlemanly? stupid stupid stupid!
